With over 15 years of coaching at the youth and high school level, Lauren is a physical educator and ambassador for the game of lacrosse.
Through an emotionally positive environment designed to challenge athletes to work hard and improve skills, Lauren’s main objective is to instill the love of lacrosse in each player she coaches.
SERVICES
Private Lessons
One on one coaching for 60-90 minutes. A lesson tailored to the specific needs of one athlete. Drills, and focused communication to maximize learning and skill improvement.
Semi-Private Lessons
60-90 minute sessions with 2-3 players. A combination of specific skill work for each athlete as well as an opportunity to do more game-day play and scrimmage.
Small Group Lessons
60-90 minute lessons with 4-6 players. Individuation for each player as well as group work. Players will leave having had a good workout, fun, and learning specific to their position of interest.
Little Laxers (ages 4-6, or 6-10)
4, 1X/week, 1-hour sessions for younger players as an introduction to the game.
